hm555 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to hm555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the hm555 platform ("hm555", "we", "us") in connection with your use of the website at hm555.onl and all associated gaming services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on hm555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfers (IBFT). Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly. Raast transfers are near-instant. Bank transfers complete same day in most cases.

There is no currency conversion applied at any point. The PKR amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your hm555 wallet.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of the transaction. These limits may be subject to change and VIP members may have different limits applying to their accounts.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast-linked account or registered bank account.

Standard withdrawal processing time varies by tier. VIP Gold and above receive priority processing. VIP Diamond members receive instant processing. Exact processing timeframes are described in the VIP program terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed the relevant bonus wagering requirements (if any apply to your current balance) must be completed. Your account identity verification must also be current. hm555 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending verification checks.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General

All bets placed on hm555 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet, game round or wager before confirming it. hm555 will not reverse a confirmed bet because of a player error.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports Betting markets on hm555 cover Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 Internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments, Football and Esports. Pre-match and in-play markets are subject to availability. hm555 reserves the right to void markets, adjust odds or suspend betting on any match or event at any time where there is a technical error, data feed issue or integrity concern.

In-play bets are accepted based on the live data available to hm555 at the time of placement. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

5.3 Live Casino

Live Casino games on hm555 are operated by third-party game providers. The rules of each game – Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others – are governed by the rules displayed within the game itself. hm555 is not responsible for connectivity issues that occur during a live game session.

5.4 Bingo and Fish Games

Bingo rounds and Fish Games operate according to the rules displayed within each game. Fish Game outcomes including fish multipliers and boss round events are determined by the game's server algorithm. hm555 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.5 Voided Bets and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical failure, power outage or connectivity issue during a game or bet, hm555 will resolve the situation according to internal records. Where a bet cannot be definitively confirmed as placed and accepted, it will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

hm555 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific bonus terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games and expiry dates are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way designed to guarantee profit rather than for genuine gaming purposes is not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable conditions.

7. VIP Program

The hm555 VIP program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression is automatic based on cumulative PKR wagering activity across all platform sections. The following rules govern the VIP program:

• VIP tier benefits including higher limits, priority withdrawals and dedicated account managers apply from the date of automatic tier upgrade.
• hm555 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures and VIP program rules. Changes will be communicated to affected members in advance where reasonably possible.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They apply to the individual account holder only.
• Abusive behaviour toward dedicated account managers or support staff will result in VIP status review and may lead to tier demotion or account closure.
• Monthly PKR rewards (Platinum and above) are credited as wallet balance at the end of each calendar month subject to the activity requirements for that month being met.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hm555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and where applicable reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, collect data or interact with the platform in any way other than through the standard player interface.
• Exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake or glitch on the platform in a deliberate or systematic way.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate games, particularly in multiplayer Fish Games or Live Casino tables.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods including using payment accounts that do not belong to you or reversing legitimate transactions (chargebacks) after withdrawing corresponding winnings.
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the platform or player accounts through unauthorised means.
• Any conduct intended to defraud hm555 or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hm555 platform including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics and software is the intellectual property of hm555 or its licensed partners. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from hm555.

Third-party game content available through the hm555 platform (Live Casino games, Fish Games titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

hm555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

hm555 is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, winnings foregone or business losses arising from platform unavailability.
